BisHub Marketplace

BisHub Marketplace lets people looking for a service (“Customers”) find service companies that use BisHub (“Companies”), send them requests, exchange messages and receive quotes. BisHub provides the platform only. BisHub is not a party to any agreement between a Customer and a Company, does not perform the services, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timing or price of any service.

1. Listings

Listing is voluntary and currently free; receiving requests is currently free. If BisHub introduces fees for these features, Companies will be told before they apply. A Company turns its listing on or off in its settings and is responsible for the accuracy of its listing. BisHub reviews listings before publication and may decline, suspend or remove a listing, with a stated reason, for example for inaccurate information, misuse or complaints. Information about licenses, insurance or qualifications is provided by the Company and is not verified by BisHub.

2. Search

Search shows only Companies with a published listing that accepts requests and offers the chosen service, matched by the ZIP code of the job: either a ZIP code the Company lists or a distance within the Company’s service radius. Distances are straight lines between the central points of ZIP code areas (U.S. Census reference data), not driving routes, and are approximate.

3. Requests and messages

A Customer may send one request to up to three Companies they choose. Sending requires a signed-in account with a confirmed email address. Each chosen Company is checked again when the request is sent. Requests are never forwarded to other Companies or sold. Customers must describe the job truthfully; spam, abusive or unlawful content is not allowed; messages and attachments must relate to the request. BisHub limits the number of requests, messages and files.

4. Quotes and hiring

Quotes are issued by Companies. Accepting a quote in BisHub records the Customer’s choice of that Company and that version of the quote; only one quote per request can be accepted, and the other Companies are told they were not selected. Accepting does not charge the Customer. Payments are not processed through the Marketplace; payment terms are agreed between the Customer and the Company.

5. Completion, cancellation and problems

A Company may mark a job as done; the Customer confirms completion or reports a problem. Either side may cancel with a reason where the product allows it. BisHub may review reported problems but does not arbitrate or resolve disputes between Customers and Companies.

6. Reviews

Only the Customer who sent a request can review a Company: a communication review after the Company replied, and a completed-job review after the Customer confirmed completion. Every review is moderated before publication. BisHub may decline or remove reviews that are false, abusive, off-topic or contain personal data. Companies may reply publicly and report a review; they cannot edit or delete it. Owners and staff may not review their own Company.

7. Availability

BisHub may pause the Marketplace (no new requests or listings; existing requests continue) or close it temporarily. Questions: info@bishub.com.
